Hybrid Format of the HARTMANN SCIENCE CENTER Symposium

Please note if you participate remotely: We use a video conferencing system to conduct the online symposium. To protect your privacy as best as possible, the video and audio functions of remote participants will remain deactivated throughout the entire event. However, you can interact via the chat function during the online event, anonymously, based on your settings.

Please note if you participate on site: The HARTMANN SCIENCE CENTER Symposium will be recorded to content for remote participants. While we do not intend to record individual attendees directly, it is possible that you may appear in recordings, for example, if you leave the room. However, any verbal contributions or questions from participants will be recorded as part of the session. If you do not wish to be recorded as described above, we recommend participating remotely.

I consent that BODE Chemie GmbH will transfer my personal data (gender, first name, surname, organization, email address, and country) to PAUL HARTMANN AG or a BODE Chemie GmbH partner company that is responsible for your specific region.
